Remember that GQ article written by Drew Magary last Friday? The article that said we were the most disturbing state in the country? Maine native, Crystal Ponti, (blogger at MommiFried.com) has written an amazing response to the article:
“Forgive me, I’m a little defensive. I love Maine. I’ve lived here my entire life, exactly forty-two years as of this month. While I’ve seen my fair share of backward policies and racism, I’ve also seen what it really means to live in this state. Spending four years as a tourist doesn’t give you the right to comment. You know exactly sh*t about being a Mainer.”
