Friday morning gave us Rihanna’s first solo song in six years and the first single from the highly anticipated movie, Wakanda Forever. “Lift Me Up” was written by Tems, Rihanna, Ryan Coogler, and Ludwig Göransson as a tribute to the late Chadwick Boseman, who died in 2020. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever – Music From and Inspired By will feature a second Rihanna song as well.
