The 2020 (actually 2021) Olympics have officially begun in Tokyo, Japan! After a year of being delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic we will finally get to see the best athletes from all around the world compete for gold! Today we saw athletes wearing their countries colors walk into an empty Olympic Stadium for the opening ceremony. The United States was led by 4-time WNBA world champion Sue Bird who was given the important duty as flag bearer. During these Olympics Bird could be the first basketball player of any gender to win five Olympic gold medals! What events are you looking forward to watch?!
