Tom Brady posted an emotional video to Instagram Monday, telling New England Patriots fans that they will always have a special place in his heart. The clip featured clips of Brady reminiscing about his time with the club. Brady and the Patriots won six Super Bowl titles during his 20-year tenure with the club. He posted a thank you to “Pats Nation” along with the video.
