Vogue’s publisher has filed a lawsuit against Drake and 21 Savage claiming a “deceptive campaign.” The filing pointed out Drake’s IG post about the Vogue cover that said, “Me and my brother on newsstands tomorrow!! Thanks, @voguemagazine and Anna Wintour for the love and support on this historic moment.” Lawyers said, “Vogue magazine and its Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour have had no involvement in Her Loss or its promotion, and have not endorsed it in any way.” Other “phony” set-ups for Her Loss included a fake NPR Tiny Desk Concert, a made-up interview with Howard Stern, and a fake SNL performance.
