If it feels like this OVO crooner has been in hiding for what feels like years, well, he kind of has. PARTYNEXTDOOR is officially back and not just with a new song, but also with a full blown album announcement, and you won’t have to wait too much longer to hear it.
PARTY admits that his love life has kind of gotten in the way of his career the past few years, which is the reason a full project hasn’t released since 2020’s PARTYMOBILE. Not a bad reason to put the music second, though it doesn’t sound like it’s a love that is still in his life now. “I get into relationships and then music becomes second,” PARTY continued on to say, “I think I’m going to take a break from relationships, a long break and just get back to making music.” You know what they say, the best music comes from heartbreak…but also music heals a heartbreak. Maybe we’re in for a perfect storm.
