Long time friends Childish Gambino and Chance The Rapper have often been in talks (rumors) about a possible collaborative project between the two of them for some time now. Whenever the topic is presented or teased in any way, shape, or form, rap fans across the internet sit closer and closer to the edge of their seat.
Although we have had to hear about it many times in the past to no avail, it would seem that this most recent prod at the fire is the most reassuring.
Gambino himself claimed last night at the Emmy’s that he “never wants to do anything because he’s forced to.” He then added, “Also, I feel like if I don’t make a Chance the Rapper mixtape, like a double mixtape, a bunch of 14 year olds are gonna kick my ass. They stop me on the street and it’s kind of scary. Youth scares me. So I feel like I’ve gotta do something. I probably will.”
