After just 14 months of marriage, Sam Asghari has filed for divorce from Britney Spears. According to court documents, they have been separated since July 28, 2023 and Sam cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for ending the marriage. Rumor has it though, Sam separated from Britney after they got into a huge argument in which he alleged she had cheated on him. She has since denied such a thing.

Naturally, he’s asking for spousal support and attorneys fees AND he’s trying to contest the prenup. According to a mysterious source, Sam is “attempting to negotiate concessions beyond his prenup and threatening to go public with extraordinarily embarrassing information about Britney unless he gets paid.” That feels illegal, but what do I know.
