Saturday Night Live announced its first five shows for Season 50! Jean Smart will open the season on September 28th with musical guest Jelly Roll, followed by an October 5th episode hosted by Nate Bargatze featuring musical guest Coldplay. Ariana Grande will host for the second time on October 12th with musical guest Stevie Nicks, who returns for her first SNL performance since 1983. Michael Keaton will host the October 19th show, with musical guest Billie Eilish, while John Mulaney will host November 2nd with Chappell Roan as musical guest.

Coinciding with the show’s 50th season, Jason Reitman’s SNL biographical movie, Saturday Night, premieres in Los Angeles, New York City, and Toronto on Friday, September 27th, followed by a limited release on October 4th, and opening wide on October 11th!
