It’s Spotify Wrapped season! Today, Spotify revealed that Taylor Swift was the most-streamed artist globally for the second year in a row. She had more than 26.6 billion streams, followed by The Weeknd, Bad Bunny, Drake, and Billie Eilish in the top five.

Taylor’s The Tortured Poets Department, which dropped in April in the middle of her Eras Tour, was the most-streamed album of 2024. Following TTPD, HIit Me Hard And Soft by Billie Eilish, Short n’ Sweet by Sabrina Carpenter, MAÑANA SERÁ BONITO by KAROL G, and eternal sunshine by Ariana Grande made up the top five albums of 2024.
Despite being the top artist and having the top album globally, Swift didn’t have the No. 1 song. The most streamed song on Spotify in 2024 was Sabrina Carpenter’s “Espresso” with more than 1.6 billion streams globally, followed by Benson Boone’s “Beautiful Things.”
