With the release of his new HBO show, The Idol, officially on the horizon after some delays, we get a taste of what we can expect in the accompanying soundtrack thanks to the Future assisted, “Double Fantasy”.
The Weeknd first teased this track at Coachella when he came out as a surprise guest during Metro Boomin’s set. The video itself doesn’t feature The Weeknd or Future in traditional music video light but instead goes the route of using clips we can only assume are from The Idol itself.
This marks the 5th time the Toronto-ATL duo have come together on a track, and it certainly sets a moody tone for what we can expect from the upcoming HBO drama starring The Weeknd himself. Check the full video out, below.
