Last week, Lil Xan dropped a live performance of Wake Up, filmed on the set of what appeared to be an asylum or penitentiary, a leap from the last music video released in December of 2017, which features friends, and gives off a party vibe. Watching this new video is a much more sobering experience.
Then just yesterday, a live performance of The Man was released on the same set, which Vevo confirmed was a mental asylum.
.@lilxanfuhyobih breaks out of a mental asylum… literally. Watch this exclusive performance of "The Man" for #VevoLIFT now. 💔💔

In this video, Lil Xan breaks the fourth wall and takes his performance behind the scenes. Was it planned? Maybe not, according to one of Vevo’s latest tweets.
Our producer: "Do something that's going to make me lose my job."
