2. Nikki Hayley will make a campaign stop in Portland on Sunday ahead of the March 5 primary. Her campaign has not yet shared where she will be stopping or when. Trump’s name will appear on Maine’s ballot. However if the Supreme Court sides with Colorado, essentially upholding the ruling by Shenna Bellows, the Secretary of State’s office says since the primary is ranked choice, the second choices for Trump voters would be cast.
