1. The Saco Police are asking for the public’s help in finding 14-year-old Cameron Wiggins-Mehlman. Cameron was last seen at his home in Saco Friday around 9 p.m. Police believe he may have left to go to Westbrook or Portland. He is 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs about 120 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. (PH)
2. An investigation is underway after Lewiston High School was evacuated due to a bomb threat on Monday. Authorities did a full sweep, determining the threat was not credible. Students were out of the building for about 30 minutes. (WGME)
3. The University of Maine system is aiming to invest $1.2 billion to replace and renovate aging school infrastructure. The plans include 400 projects. Eighteen of the projects are demolitions that are estimated to cost $19 million. One of the sites is Dickey-Wood Hall, a dormitory on the USM Gorham campus that’s been closed for nine years to save on maintenance costs. (WMTW)
4. Aaron Rodgers was injured on the Jets’ first offensive drive during Monday Night Football. The exact injury is unknown, but Jets head coach Robert Saleh said, “It’s not good.” Rumor has it that Rodgers may have a torn Achilles. An MRI is scheduled for today. (CBS)
5. Portland Downtown and the city are looking for the perfect holiday tree to put in Monument Square. The ideal tree would be an evergreen, spruce or fir between 45 and 60 feet tall and would be accessible for crews to cut it down.
