1. Casco Bay High School was evacuated Monday morning after police received a text saying there was an active shooter. School staff were unaware of the message when officers arrived. Fifteen police officers secured the perimeter and searched the building, but found no threat. (PH)
2. Topsham’s Mt. Ararat Middle School canceled classes Monday morning after a bomb threat. Someone left the threatening message on a school staff member’s voicemail around 9 p.m. Two Maine State Police dogs searched the school and didn’t find any explosive devices. (PH)
3. Vandals have targeted three Catholic churches in Lewiston over the last three weeks. One woman was caught on a surveillance camera throwing rocks at a church’s windows. Statues were stolen and vandalized at another church. Police are investigating. (WGME)
4. Members of Portland’s homeless community claim the city disposed of personal items it promised to store. The city said nothing was stored because nothing found was deemed of value. The few items that were of value, like bikes and generators, had been reported stolen. (WGME)

Name Drop will let you share contact info with another iPhone user by holding your phone close to theirs. Live Voicemail lets you see what someone is saying as they leave you a message.
