2. Democrat Matt Dunlap has conceded Maine’s 2nd Congressional District race to former Republican Governor Paul LePage. LePage led by more than 5,400 votes in Thursday’s reported totals. 3. Maine Senator Susan Collins is blaming her reelection loss to Democrat Troy Jackson on what she calls a “Trump tsunami.” Collins told The New York Times that anti-Trump sentiment hurt Republican candidates nationwide. She says voters unfairly tied her to the president, despite her vote to convict him during his second impeachment trial. Collins’ loss ends her nearly 30-year Senate career. (WGME)
