3. A Maine teen is facing charges after New Hampshire State Police say she was caught driving 120 miles per hour on I-95 with two underage passengers. Nineteen-year-old Chloe Marsh of Waterboro is charged with reckless operation, endangering the welfare of a child, and driving an unregistered vehicle. (WMTW)
4. Portland Downtown’s new ambassador program has been running for just over a month, already tackling nearly 3,000 complaints about trash, graffiti, needles, and more. A new QR code now lets residents report problems directly to the city’s See Click Fix site. (WGME)
