The rumors were TRUE – Jay-Z will officially headline the Super Bowl LXI Halftime Show on February 14, 2027, at SoFi Stadium! The performance announcement coincides with the celebration of “Jay-Z 30,” honoring the 30th anniversary of his debut album, “Reasonable Doubt,” and the 25th anniversary of “The Blueprint.”
Jay-Z said in a statement, “From Reasonable Doubt to standing on the Super Bowl Halftime stage, this has been a journey. Thirty years of music, work, and culture on the world’s biggest stage. This run continues to be a dream come true.”
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell praised Jay-Z’s impact on the Super Bowl Halftime Show and mentioned a long-standing desire to see him perform.
I’m looking forward to this one!
