Billboard announced on Tuesday they will honor Ariana Grande as their 2018 Woman of the Year.

She was recognized at Billboard’s 13th annual Women in Music event next month because she “consistently stands up for herself and her decisions in a world that often isn’t hospitable to that sort of strength in young women.” Among other things, Grande helped raise more than $23 million for victims of the Manchester bombing with the One Manchester concert last year. Previous recipients of the Woman of the Year honor include Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Madonna, and Selena Gomez. This year’s event will be held in New York City on December 6.
