Continuing his streak of W’s as of late, J. Cole shut down NBA All Star Weekend with a killer half-time performance in his home state.
Rocking a clean vintage Hornets Starter jacket, the North Carolina rapper ran through a 10 minute medley of songs. Cole kicked it off with his latest single, “Middle Child,” where he used auto-tune to accentuate the theme of “being stuck between generations” before jumping into his verse from 21 Savage collaboration, “A Lot.” Before starting up, he shouted out “21 Savage, we love you!” He closed out his performance with popular tracks “ATM,” “Love Yourz,” and “No Role Modelz.”
Prior to the start of the game, Meek Mill got in on the action during the All Star introductions, performing his Drake assisted hit, “Going Bad,” as well as “Dreams and Nightmares.”
