Anthony’s Italian Kitchen in the Old Port is a recipient of The Barstool Fund. The restaurant has lost more than $300,000 in revenue since the pandemic began and has had to lay-off some employees. Dave Portnoy, the founder of Barstool Sports, gave owner Tony Barrasso the call. Barrasso will receive $25,000 this month and every month as long as he needs it. Mae’s Café & Bakery in Bath became a recipient last month.
