NFL commish Roger Goodell said Tuesday that he expects to have stadiums packed with fans when the 2021 season kicks off around five months from now. During the NFL’s annual league meeting, Goodell discussed vaccination education and recommended that coaches encourage their players and staff to get vaccinated. Goodell added “All of us in the NFL want to see every one of our fans back. Football is simply not the same without fans, and we expect to have full stadiums in the upcoming season.” Despite the pandemic, the NFL was able to house 1.2 million fans into stadiums during the 2020 season.
