1. Cash App founder Bob Lee was found stabbed to death on Tuesday in San Francisco. Lee established Cash App, was a former executive at Square, and served as chief product officer of MobileCoin. (NBC)
2. Maine Attorney General Aaron Frey released a statement apologizing for “an error in judgment” by not disclosing sooner that he is having an ongoing personal relationship with someone in his office. He said the relationship did not break state law. Republicans have called for disciplinary action or his resignation. (WMTW)
3. Opening Night for the Sea Dogs! They take on the Rumble Ponies at 6pm at Hadlock. Players will see a significant bump in pay due to a new labor agreement. The minimum salary jumps from $13,800 last year to $30,250 this season. And for the first time, minor league players will be paid in the offseason – a minimum of $250 per week, more if they train at their club’s offseason camp. (PH)
