Billboard just released their 21 Under 21 List for 2023. Every year, Billboard collects information such as number of streams, album sales, social media presence, and the artist’s overall influence on the music industry to compile their list of 21 Under 21. This year features artists like The Kid Laroi, age 19, known for his song “Stay” featuring Justin Bieber. He had 3.1 billion total streams across all platforms this past year. We also see 20 year old Lil Tecca known for his hit “Ran$om.” He had 4.4 billion streams. TikToker Nessa Barrett, age 20, made it on the list this year. Known for her song “Die First”, she received 474.1 million streams. Also featured is NLE Choppa, age 20, known for his song “SMO”. He amassed 5.8 billion streams. To no surprise Olivia Rodrigo, age 20, was at the top of the 21 Under 21 list with 6.1 billion streams. She is known for her hit “good 4 you.”
