1. Alex Jackson, 33, of Windham never came on Friday night and his mother said he didn’t answer his phone on Saturday. Authorities and family members are searching for his white Dodge Ram 3500 pickup truck towing a flatbed trailer. Jackson’s dog was discovered Monday at about 5:30 p.m. wandering in the area of Gray Road in North Yarmouth. Anyone with information is asked to call the Windham police. (WMTW)
2. A Portland man is being accused of entering a girls’ bathroom at King Middle School on Monday and offering a female student hypodermic needles. School officials say when he was arrested, he had no needles, drugs or weapons on him. (PH)
3. Dozens of asylum seekers will be moving to the Midcoast this summer and fall, with a new apartment complex under construction to house them. The planned apartment buildings in Brunswick Landing will feature 60 units initially just for asylum seekers. (WGME)
4. Multiple bison are on the loose in northern Maine for the second time this year. Six bison escaped from a farm on Presque Isle Road in Fort Fairfield on Saturday. The owner was able to return one of the animals but there are still five on the loose. Police say the animals are large, fast, and unpredictable so please do not approach them. (WGME)
5. Anheuser-Busch is making changes after sales dropped from their partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney. Part of their plan is to roll out bottles with camo print and pictures of the “Folds of Honor” program, which gives family of those who lost their lives in service scholarships. Other plans include dropping beer prices in stores and trying to tie in country music in advertising. (NYP)
