3. The Lewiston School Committee on Monday discussed ways to prevent students from vaping in school bathrooms. Vaping has led to bathroom wait times of up to 20 minutes. The Superintendent put forward proposals including vape detectors, a lights system to indicate how long someone has been in the bathroom, and scanning a student ID to go into the bathroom. (WMTW)
