Could we be getting a new album from Jay-Z in 2024?! It seems likely thanks to a hint from director Hidji. He posted a photo on his Instagram Story holding a video production clapperboard that read “JAY Z — 2024 Album.”
While this would be exciting, Roc Nation is disputing it. They replied to the post saying “That’s news to us”.

Given Roc Nation was founded by Jay-Z, it does seem like they would know best, but crazier things have happened. His last album, 4:44, was released in 2017, so I’d say we’re due!
