2. Maine municipalities are seeing an unprecedented turnout during the early voting period. 1 in 4 Maine voters have requested absentee ballots. Nearly 165,000 voters have already returned their ballots. The last day for no-excuse in-person absentee voting is Thursday, Oct. 31. (WMTW)
3. Kyle Secor, a survivor of the Lewiston shooting, has made a remarkable comeback and will return to the Maine Nordiques as an assistant coach. Secor’s road to recovery is far from over, but he said he feels lucky to be alive every day. (WMTW)
