Kanye West’s Presidential Run Is Being Supported by republican Operatives in Several States. On Tuesday, a Wisconsin Republican elections attorney representing the Trump campaign in court, dropped off ballot signatures for the rapper. At least 5 other people who worked on West’s Wisconsin’s efforts are either active Republicans or Trump supporters. Californian Mark Jacoby, who was arrested for voter fraud in 2008, is an exec for the organization getting signatures for West in at least 3 states. Rachel George, a Colorado Republican operative, asked for form signatures to get West on the ballot there. “No, I am not joking, and I realize this is hilarious,” she wrote in an email. “We have no knowledge of anything Kanye West is doing or who is doing it for him,” said Tim Murtagh, a Trump campaign spokesman.
