Five local freeskiers and snowboarders, ranging from 9 to 17 years old, are looking to compete at the upcoming USASA National Championships being held in Colorado! The snowboard championships are March 29th through April 4th, and the freeski championships are April 5th through 10th.
All five athletes are training with the Lost Valley Competition Club in Auburn. They are 12 year old Anson Beaulieu from Lewiston, 9 year old Ashton Rinchich from Poland, 13 year old Tucker Rinchich from Poland, 16 year old Johnny Bsullak from Poland, and 17 year old Maxen Chrostek from Poland.
They are raising money to help fund their trip to Colorado; along with accepting donations, they are selling T-shirts, long-sleeve shirts, sweatshirts, bags and blankets, sponsored by Lost Valley. You can order here!
