The MaineDOT recently asked kids across the state to write their very own highway messages.

You know the ones we see every time we take a roadtrip? Imagine those but cuter.

Here are some sign ideas by kiddos:

“Drive like a grandma”
“Lookout for moose – they’re on the loose”
“Pay attention or get detention”
“Don’t Poké-Go to jail, stay off your phone”
“Sit on your booty and have eyes on the road”
“Don’t be drinkin’ beer, be watchin’ for deer”
“Safe or sorry, it’s your choice”
“Don’t be a pain, stay in your lane”
“Hands on the wheel, TikTok can wait”
“Drive, don’t die please and thank you”
