I sat down with with Katelyn St. Hilaire, Vice President of the Maine Mystics, to talk about the exciting growth of the semi-professional soccer club serving Lewiston-Auburn and beyond!

The Maine Mystics are creating something unique in the state of Maine by offering both women’s and men’s semi-professional teams, along with a youth development program designed to help local athletes grow their skills and stay connected to the game.

Katelyn shared that the club was created to help fill a major need in the Lewiston-Auburn area, where premier youth soccer opportunities have been limited. Now, the Mystics are working to create a pathway for players of all ages while building a strong soccer community in the region!

In just six to eight months, the Maine Mystics have made major progress and are continuing to build momentum heading into the season. Katelyn says community support will play a huge role in the next chapter, especially through sponsorship opportunities like home jersey sponsors.
