1. Developing story. Two explosions occurred at the airport in Brussels, Belgium today and 1 at a subway station. At least 13 people are dead and 35 wounded. All airport and public transportation operations have been suspended. It is unclear what caused the blasts. (CNN)
2. Bonny Eagle students are safe after a school bus misjudged a corner and got stuck Monday morning. The incident happened along Route 22 in Buxton. Following the incident, a new bus arrived to take students to school. Superintendent Frank Sherburne says it’s unfortunate that the incident happened now during a storm, but stresses the incident could have happened during any weather. Sherburne also stated that the decision to not cancel school for Bonny Eagle was based on a bad weather forecast. (WCSH)
3. Apple introduced smaller versions of its signature iPhone and iPad Pro tablet on Monday. The iPhone SE is a 4-inch device (like the iPhone 5S) with an updated camera, faster processors and other features. Starting at $400, it is also the “most affordable” new phone that Apple has offered. (AP)
4. Portland’s City Council unanimously approved a new license that regulates tasting rooms at the growing number of breweries in the city. Currently, breweries can operate tasting rooms without a license, but local bars had complained that the system creates an unfair advantage for the breweries. The new license goes into effect next month. (WMTW)
5. New England native, Curly Sue star Alisan Porter shined during last night’s Battle episode of The Voice. Porter faced off with teammate Lacy Mandigo on The Mamas & the Papas hit “California Dreamin’.” Porter’s experience and range convinced her coach Christina Aguilera to keep her around. (Billboard)
