3. Auburn Police say three teens are facing charges in connection with an assault of two people believed to be homeless. A disturbing video of the incident was widely circulated on social media over the weekend.

4. After the pandemic shut down the annual Maine Maple Sunday events for two years, huge crowds returned this year. An estimated 6,000 people turned out for pancakes and more over the weekend at Merrifield Farm in Gorham.
