1. Rob Gronkowski’s having a bad week. Not only did his New England Patriots lose the Super Bowl to the Philadelphia Eagles, but it appears his house was broken into while he was away. Multiple news outlets are reporting that police were called to the Foxborough, Massachusetts, home early Monday evening, although it wasn’t unclear when the break-in occurred. While cops were mum on details, Boston’s Fox affiliate reported that police scanner chatter claimed that “multiple safes” and “possible guns” were stolen. (Boston Globe)
2. The Portland City Council voted unanimously Monday to continue a summer concerts series on the Portland waterfront. Waterfront Concerts is expected to book another 15 shows at the Maine State Pier during the coming year, according to Andy Downs, the city’s director of public assemblies. (Press Herald)
