Yeehaw – Beyoncé has announced the title of her upcoming album! It’s going to be called Act II: Cowboy Carter. The follow-up to her Renaissance album will be released on March 29th!
Beyoncé has already released two singles from the album, Texas Hold ‘Em and 16 Carriages.
Earlier this week, Dolly Parton speculated that Bey had recorded a version of her classic “Jolene” to be on Act II. She said, “I think she’s recorded Jolene, and I think it’s probably gonna be on her country album, which I’m very excited about. I love her! She’s a beautiful girl and a great singer.”
Chances are, if that’s the case, Dolly would’ve had to approve it… so this seems like a bit of a spoilers more than anything! Either way, I can’t wait to hear the Queen Bey’s rendition.
