Yesterday, Beyoncé performed at FedEx Field in Maryland as part of her Renaissance Tour. However, the concert was delayed by nearly 2 hours due to thunderstorms in the area. The push back of the show then conflicted with the local train schedule. Beyoncé and her team worked to keep the trains running later so fans could leave via train after the show. According a press release issued by the the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, Beyoncé and her team spent $100,000 “to run more trains, keep all 98 stations open for customers to exit, and other operational expenses.”
