Scarborough, ME – Mainestream Media’s WHTP-Hot 104.7 in conjunction with Maine’s Credit Unions and Great East Butcher Shop of Scarborough will give-away over $1000 of FREE turkeys On Tuesday November 20th. This is the 6th annual Hot 104.7 Turkey give-away with thousands of dollars in turkeys given out to those in need.
The turkey give-away will start at 11:00am and go until all of the free turkeys have been given away on a first come, first served basis. The give-away will take place at Great East Butcher Shop at 450 Payne Road in Scarborough. The Manager of Great East, Ray Morse said “We are thrilled to be able to be apart of the turkey giveaway. We are a family and Scarborough/Portland is our home. Holidays are about being together and helping each other out. Great East has your back!”
Hot 104.7 will be broadcasting live from Great East Butcher Shop with free prizes, tickets, games and more. Hot 104.7 Program Director and Morning Host Ryan Deelon in describing the event said, “We’re excited to announce the return of our annual turkey give-away, which continues to grow each year. This year we have great partners with Maine’s Credit Unions and Great East Butcher Shop and are happy to be able to give turkeys away to our listeners who may need some help this Thanksgiving season.”
There is no cost, no catch, and no strings attached to receive a free turkey for Thanksgiving. Simply show up at Great East Butcher Shop in Scarborough on Tuesday November 20th and the give-away will begin at 11:00am. Hot 104.7 does ask that those in need of help are allowed to go first.
