After a year of the lavish life, DJ Khaled’s son Asahd had his first birthday party – and it was one to remember. The epic rager was thrown at LIV in Miami, Florida. With a performance from Diddy, this party cost Khaled six-figures just to book. Not to mention the highlight of the night, when he gave his son a watch totaling over $100,000 and weighing in at 11.65 carats.
Although this event seems insane for just a 1 year old, it is one of many crazy accomplishments the child celebrity has under his belt already. Earlier this spring, Asahd made it onto the cover of Grateful, an album produced by his father. Around the same time, he also made an appearance with his father on an XXL Magazine cover.
On Khaled’s interview with Jimmy Kimmel Live last spring, he was quoted saying [about Asahd], “He’s in the studio listening to songs with me going over the business part of it, [seeing if] the vocals are right, if the beats are right, if the energy’s right, everything he’s a part of,”.
In only 12 months of being alive Asahd has a lot of experience under his belt already. From producing music with his dad, to being on the cover of XXL… it is safe to say Asahd is killin’ it and will continue to progress throughout his childhood!
