Adele unleashed a rare tweet on the world early this morning, announcing that her new album will indeed be called 25. “My last record was a break-up record, and if I had to label this one, I would call it a make-up record,” Adele said in the statement, which did not reveal a release date. “25 is about getting to know who I’ve become without realizing. And I’m sorry it took so long, but, you know, life happened.” According to Page Six, the Grammy and Oscar-winner has also booked upcoming appearances on NBC’s Saturday Night Live and TODAY, as well as a prime-time engagement on the network.
