Pre-production for the Lion King live-action reboot is underway and a certain queen is in talks to lend her voice to one of the characters. Director Jon Favreau has stated that Beyoncé is his top pick to voice Nala in the remake of the 1994 classic. Beyoncé hasn’t made a decision regarding the film yet, but Favreau has said that he will do whatever it takes to accommodate Bey’s schedule.
Donald Glover is already set to voice Simba, alongside James Earl Jones reprising his role as Mufasa.
