GloRilla is being sued by Atlanta businessman Aristotle Varner Jr. for allegedly defrauding him of over $400,000 by not fulfilling her advertising commitments. On Friday, he revealed his complaints on The Morning Hustle, stating that GloRilla did not, in fact, promote him on social media.

Court documents acquired by Spade TV show that Varner Jr. paid $150,000 for GloRilla to post a collaborative Instagram message, meet-and-greet, and do a 30-minute interview with his wife, Asia Varner. He says Glo posted the Instagram message, but didn’t do the other tasks.
Whether or not his claims are accurate, they definitely have done business together in the past. GloRilla appears in a February 2023 TikTok video that Varner Jr.’s Aristotle Investments company posted, advertising an impending “free stock class.”
I guess we shall see in court!
