From the moment Meek Mill stepped out of prison this year, it’s been nothing but up for him. Literally.
Fresh out of jail he hopped in a helicopter with Robert Kraft and landed on top of the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia to attend a 76ers playoff game. During Drake’s trailblazing “Aubrey and the Three Migos” tour, he came out as a special guest in Boston at the TD Garden for a historic moment that publicly squashed their beef for the first time, which I will forever brag about witnessing in person.
Looking to build on a strong year, Meek Mill will release his new album, Championships, this Friday. He recently sat down with Ellen to discuss some of his trials and tribulations, as well as his efforts towards prison and criminal justice reform. Check it out below.
