The foundation will begin financial literacy courses at HBCUs like Lincoln University, Norfolk State University, and Virginia State University. The classes will teach students budgeting, mutual funds, credit scores, stocks, and more.

The Shawn Carter Foundation has teamed with the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and Toyota to organize the classes. Sessions will begin in the Spring 2025 semester!
