Maine’s very own, Dila Maloney, will be competing in the Great American Seafood Cook-Off on August 6 in New Orleans.
The only Maine chef out of the 13 competing in GASCO this year! Making Dila the 5th Maine contestant since 2011! The annual event is a highly anticipated contest in which top chefs from around the nation compete for the title of Queen/King of Seafood by preparing seafood dishes from their home state.
