Cardi B filed for divorce against Offset on Tuesday. Many social media users assume Offset has cheated on Cardi yet again; their rollercoaster relationship has long been plagued by his infidelity. In January 2018, Cardi first confirmed that he’d cheated on her, but she stuck it out. “I want to work out my s**t with my man, and I don’t got to explain why,” she said then. By the end of the year after more rumors, she said they’d split. Offset very publicly begged for her to return, and they reconciled a month later. Cheating rumors continued to swirl, but as recently as September 2020, she said, “I do know that my relationship has a lot of drama and everything. But there’s a lot of love… it’s always us against the world.” The couple, who share 2-year-old daughter Kulture Kiari, are due in court November 4.
