Nearly 48 hours after dmx was rushed here to White Plains Hospital multiple sources say his condition remains unchanged. He’s in ICU on life support. One source saying “it will take a miracle” for him to make a full recovery. The family issued a statement Sunday night “On Friday night, April 2nd, 2021, our brother, son, father, and colleague DMX, birth name of Earl Simmons, was admitted to White Plains (NY) Hospital, facing serious health issues. We ask that you please keep Earl/DMX and us in your thoughts, wishes, and prayers, as well as respect our privacy as we face these challenges.” This statement mentioned nothing about an overdose or heart attack. Those reports came from several different sources. Ruff Ryders motorcycle crew paid tribute yesterday outside the hospital. A vigil is planned for 5pm today.
