Dr. Dre was reportedly rushed by ambulance to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Monday (January 4) after suffering a brain aneurysm. Sources say the 55-year-old Hip Hop legend “is stable and lucid,” but doctors still need to run a battery of tests to determine what led to the brain bleed. Dre posted on Instagram Tuesday night. A picture of him in a studio was accompanied by the caption, “Thanks to my family, friends and fans for their interest and well wishes. I’m doing great and getting excellent care from my medical team. I will be out of the hospital and back home soon. Shout out to all the great medical professionals at Cedars. One Love!! LL Cool J gave fans a sign of hope late Tuesday night on Twitter saying: “Dre is recovering nicely. ✊🏾”
