Gunna surrendered to authorities and was booked into Fulton County Jail early Wednesday morning. Gunna was charged with one count of conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act or RICO. Gunna’s attorneys issued a statement using his government name: “Mr. Sergio Kitchens, known as Gunna, is innocent. The indictment falsely portrays his music as part of a criminal conspiracy.” Young Thug also remains in custody.
