A woman turned in Lady Gaga’s dogs at a Los Angeles police station on Friday night. The woman who returned the dogs appeared to be “uninvolved and unassociated” with the shooting on Wednesday. The woman saw them tied to a pole in an alley. The robbers remain at large, and the investigation is ongoing.
